Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Hakaya, we take great care to ensure that your orders reach you safely and as quickly as possible. We strive to provide a reliable and seamless delivery experience from the moment your order is confirmed until it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery Areas

We provide delivery services across Egypt, covering various cities and areas within the service range of our approved shipping partners.

Delivery Times

  •  Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date the order is shipped.

Delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances due to factors beyond our control or during periods of high demand with shipping providers. Customers will be notified of any expected delays that may affect the estimated delivery date.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before being handed over to the shipping company. The delivery period begins once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to you when available. You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment until it is delivered.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate and complete, including the name, mobile number, city, and address. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays in delivering your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer's absence or the inability of the shipping provider to access the registered address, another delivery attempt may be made in accordance with the shipping company's policies.
